Riversides School is a split site school. KS2 and KS3 pupils are based principally in Barbourne, Worcester City and Year 9 and all KS4 pupils are based at Riversides Senior School in Spring Gardens in the City centre.

 

Our school building at Thorneloe Road incorporates a specialist Design and Technology Room, Art /Music Room, Science Laboratory, Food Technology Room, Library area, Therapy Room, Computer Room and Quiet Withdrawal Rooms, in addition to four classrooms and administrative offices.

 

Weekly use is made of a local swimming pool and rock climbing facility.

 

Riversides School does not have a catering kitchen, however, Red Hen Cookery provide a cooked lunch at Thorneloe Road and AIP provide a cooked lunch at Spring Gardens.

 

At the start of the day "Magic Breakfast" bagels, cereal and fruit juice are available to all pupils which is kindly sponsored by Amazon.

 

We are beneficiaries of the FareShare scheme and receive a weekly donation of food from a local supermarket.
